Do you like tennis? I do. And as a tennis fan I’d sure love to have a wallpaper of one of the best tennis players in the globe Maria Sharapova and the Z555i in my PC desktop. The dynamic duo is a perfect match. See it yourself. Enjoy.

Our friend at the Mobile-review has some thought about the Stylish Sony Ericsson Z555 and its impression. No question arises about the ring tones and the speaker of The Z555i. The speaker is well made and can operate in most environments. In addition, the phone also has nice quality of reception. The only complaint about the phone is the vibro alert, which occasionally proves to be on the weak side.
Retailing for 275 USD, the Z555i is not a bargain, although its design partly makes up for the excessive weight of its price tag. It won’t become a widely adopted offering and will rather enjoy some sales in a particular niche it is positioned for. The Z555i’s life on the market won’t be eventful or wild; its design will flash for a moment, though. All in all, it is a relatively expensive and not particularly feature-reach offering in its class.

Sony Ericsson Z555 has achieved the FCC approval. This approval means that the Swedish-Japanese handset maker is allowed to sold the device in USA. But in the mean time, you can’t easily get this gadget. Why? It is because of Sony Ericsson doesn’t mention the existence of an appropriate “a” model on its website. The company used to mark phones for the North American market this way. But on the other hand, you may not want to care about this at all. If you want the phone that bad, you can always buy it from one of the importers…

As part of its CES announcements in Las Vegas 7-1-08, Sony Ericsson launched the new Z555 folder phone. The Z555 features a diamond design on its front cover that is also home to a 1.3 megapixel camera and a hidden display. The 1.3 megapixel is used by the device to allow users to mute inbound calls or snooze alarms by simply waving their hand over the phone - you don’t have to touch it.
Other features of the Z555 include Bluetooth stereo support, an FM radio, tri-band GSM/EDGE (in two versions), and a 262k color TFT display. Like most recent Sony Ericsson handsets, the Z555 also supports 3D Java gaming, has a RSS newsfeed reader, and supports Sony Ericsson’s Picture Blogging features for posting photos online easily.
