Finally the long awaited moment has come. A few days ago Sony Ericsson had announced the Xperia X2 officially. The X1 successor has taken a lot of hype but the delayed annoucement has made this phone failed to impress the market.

Sony Ericsson Theme Creator software has reached its latest version, v4.05. This version is the first one in V4 comes with Mac support. This newest v4.05 brings the new features such as 3 steps of wizards, Adobe Kuler file import as well as new editing modes.

The good news for Xperia X1 smartphone owner. User will get the latest update of Xperia X1 system software. Sure, this update of R3A firmware will bring some improvements. They are such as improvements to Xperia X1 wireless performance, more responsiveness for its touchscreen as well as the better brightness of Xperia X1′s keyboard backlight. Besides, it also contains of other improvements as well for this Windows Mobile smartphone.

The previous firmware update for Xperia X1 was found on end of January 2009. Now Sony Ericsson is still in its plan for releasing the latest firmware for Xperia X1. The upcoming new firmware update for Xperia X1 will be launched soon, it probably will come in June 2009. That firmware contains support for Blackberry connection. Further more, it might start with index R3. So, thru Sony Ericsson Update Service app, the user can get the update for their Xperia X1.

The previous rumors have talked about the future plan of Sony Ericsson regarding their high end device’s platforms. We are still not sure which one Sony Ericsson will use, within the three: Windows Mobile, Google Android and Symbian platform. There are also some rumors about the in-fighting between companies. The rumors are about the controversial PSP phone and the WinMo phone, Xperia X1 that said as the unsuccessful product of the company.

This is a nice video, showing you the Xperia X1 connects to ps3 uses mobile remote version 1.1. The guy who records the video says that the app, mobile remote, can control the ps3 function on your WinMo (not sure with iPhone). It can reach around 85 percent control on it. It is noticed that Sony Ericsson Xperia’s optical mouse also works well. The app also works when the guy tests out it on LBP Keyboard chat. In other side, when you test it for another feature, maybe it will work in some parts or you will miss some parts in the result. But at least it works this time for ps3 function like mentioned above. Not only that, it also works for browsing.
