Here another great tricks for UIQ users. Gabika318 from persian forums create cool mod to let us access any swf files directly from the folder D://Documents. All you need is download trybuy-mod-for-flash-games, and copy the Resource folder to your C drive (swmail´s capswitch needed).

Remember that for playing flash apps/games on P990/W950/W960/P1/M600 swmail´s its necessary to have swmail´s flash pluggin installed, and G900/G700 owners need to have organizer firmware R6J825 installed.

This is very cool application you must install on your UIQ phone. V.R.C.C. (Video Remote Computer Camera) is a freeware system that enables your UIQ smartphone to be used as a webcam and lets you control the phone from the PC, wherever you are.

Speed is relative, but if you think your UIQ3 phone is too slow, here a great tips to speed up your smartphone. This method was discovered by Darkus from smart-se.ru:

1. First, make some general tests using your contacts and messaging apps. Scroll, create new, search by letter, insert, etc. Remember the speed of it!
2. Install pips_uiq_1_2_ss.sis
3. Install stdioserver_uiq_1_0.sis
4. Reboot. If necessary, reboot again.
5. Now…repeat the tests you made in 1
6. Watch how both contacts and messaging, the weak links of UIQ3 devices, are now working faster!

There are some services that alowed video streaming from phones like Molv or Qik. Unfortunately both sites does not support UIQ3 phones like G900, G700, P1i, P990i or W960i. But there is still interesting alternative from Bambuser: This one as a native UIQ3 client, a large user base and it does work very good.

Just got a G900? Good! You just buy a great phone. And now what are the most important, changes and tweaks you should make to it? Well, one of the most important is CapsSwitch, you will need it for all other mods. This program is intended to hack and to override permissions on-demand on UIQ3 smartphones. Install CapsSwitch sis file , run program and choose “capabilities are switched off”.

The next one is SIS installer mod for Symbian 9.1. You can install applications without signing them. Download SIS installer and extract file installserver.exe to PC. Copy the file installserver.exe to any folder your phone using file explorer mode in PC suite. Use x-plore or Swiss manager to copy installserver.exe from that folder to ‘c:\\sys\\bin\\’ on your phone. Install any unsigned apps. Thats it!
