For years, the movie James Bond 007 has corporate with Sony Ericsson (and Ericsson) as the official gadget of agent 007. You can see Pierce Brosnan as Bond was using Ericsson R380 in “Tomorrow Never Dies”. He controlled his BMW with it. The new Bond, Daniel Craig is ready to use Sony Ericsson C902 titanium silver (limited edition) as his gadget to fight the evil side.

In “Casino Royale” you can see K800i silver that pretty similar to titanium silver campaign. The phone will be released this November to support the launch of the latest James Bond movies “Quantum of Solace”.

In this new Bond you will find C902 phone. It is used to capture evidence and assist the agent on his mission. For the consumer, you will enjoy loads of pre-loaded stuffs in phone and memory card.

“Life Captured”, a new website from Sony Ericsson has been launched recently. This site is a Cyber-shot campaign / contest that can make it possible for you to star in a movie or make a movie in a new film project, called “Life Captured”.

Sony Ericsson has corporate with Mike Figgis, a man who directed plenty of movies and is giving you the chance to recording your life story with your camera phone, and create a film from these snapshots.

As many as 27 countries will be able to enjoy the latest album from the multi-platinum artist Madonna for free on their Sony Ericsson handsets. According to the agreement between Sony Ericsson and Warner Music International, selected Sony Ericsson phones will be bundled with music and mobile content from Madonna’s HARD CANDY. There are two packages available, one with 5 songs, and one with the full album pre-loaded. Both will feature extra mobile content, such as wallpapers and ringtones.

Recently, the Sony Ericsson has announced that they will sponsor the Transsyberia 2008. The title of the rally is this: “Transsyberia Rally 2008 powered by Sony Ericsson”. What a highlight. In the rally that takes 4347 miles of off-road adventure from Moscow to the Mongolian capital, one of the Sony Ericsson’s handset, the C702 Cyber-Shot will show its special features as the suitable outdoor cell phone.

About one month before the registration deadline an international starting lineup is announced. Armin Schwarz, rally professional and former European Champion is present again. After the rally in 2007 ended for him with an accident right before the finale, Schwarz wants to steer towards victory with his new co-pilot this year. Andy Schulz, the very experienced, two-time Dakar winner, is the navigator. With these two the Porsche AG is sending a high level German team in the Cayenne S Transsyberia to the starting line, which will surely be counted amongst the absolute favorites. From Italy comes the established team Tognana/Cassina, who placed second last year. The Swedes are newly attacking with Peder Silfverhjelm in Toyota and Mirko and Bojan Risovic are driving for Bosnia-Herzegovina into the Russian and Mongolian vastness in a Land Rover. Switzerland is also participating in this challenging rally with Aurele Bachmann and Damien Blanke in Mitsubishi. Now that there’s already a participating group of professionals and amateurs registered, it promises to be an exciting Transsyberia Rally 2008 powered by Sony Ericsson. If you notice carefully, the well-known rapper music artist Usher used some of hot Sony Ericsson’s phones before the phones are released in some of his video-clips. And now the Swedish-Japanese manufacturer takes the cooperation into a new level. Sony Ericsson has officially signed the rapper to promote a few of their upcoming Walkman music phones in a major music marketing push.

The two Walkman phones in question are the W350i and W980i. This marketing push will span over 20 European countries (lots of coverage!), and will also include sponsorship rights for his upcoming full European tour later in the year. This is definitely a clear sign that Sony Ericsson will continue their strong focus on music, and especially the Walkman brand.

The world’s first ever game of tennis on water was held by the Sony Ericsson to celebrate the opening of the tennis tournament Sony Ericsson Open.

Well known tennis players, Serena Williams and Rafael Nadal are the first “lucky” athletes that tried their luck on the challenging court. The game was played at the top of the new Gansevoort South Hotel in the 110 feet swimming pool near Miami’s South Beach as it officially opened its doors for the first time.

It took seven days to bring the court in to real by specialist underwater team. They constructed two invisible platforms at either end of the pool for the players to stand and play using a combination of bespoke acrylic sheets and supporting acrylic tubes that were bonded together. The pool was then filled with water before adding the finishing touches of a net and Sony Ericsson Open ball girls and boys.
