There’s no shortage of great Walkman phones for Sony Ericsson fanboy. This time Sony Ericsson unveiled yet another Walkman phone, the W705, along with wireless home audio system MBS-900. According to Sony Ericsson, the W705 matches the audio playback performance of the W980, which according to a trial conducted by TESTfactory (it offers comparative assessments for models and single components in the fields of consumerelectronics, telecommunications, photo, optics and IT products) is considered as the best handheld to provide the best audio experience. The W705 also supports Wi-Fi, which is something that the W980 does not have.

Yao, another new walkman phone from Sony Ericsson. This is an entry Walkman slider with good design. Yao could be W305, because it has same specifications as F305: screen 176×220, camera 2.0-Mp, etc. The design is also very similar with F305. Yao has a high gloss front finish (as the well copied from S302). This baby will be available from March, 2009.

Sony Ericsson Remi T700

Finally, Remi now got the real name: Sony Ericsson T700! With similar design and same series, T700 will be the succsessor of the good, old phone T610.

Remi. That’s the codename for the phone that the Sony Ericsson is preparing to release. The rumor said that this handset is a music handset. However, there’s a strong prediction that this handset won’t use the famous Walkman branding.

The Walkman brand mobile phone isn’t everyone’s cup of tea, so this new Sony Ericsson Walkman-less mobile, called the “Remi” may just suit those down to the ground. So if not Walkman, what can we expect from the Sony Ericsson Remi?

The Sony Ericsson SO706i mobile phone has a clamshell design with a 2.8 inch 262k colors, 240 x 427 pixel resolution internal display with external LEDs announcing incoming calls, and features Mobile TV, Google Maps and integrated Google search, supports Flash Lite 3.0, advanced e-mail and web capabilities, the good old microSD expansion slot which will accept microSD cards up to 2GB, and finally a 2 megapiaxel camera with Auto Focus and video recording.

Sony Ericsson Japan prepared for a new multimedia phone SO706i. This stylish Japanese phone is for NTT DoCoMo  and will targeted at the female audience. The SO706i main feature is a 2.8 inch widescreen TFT display with a resolution of 240×427 pixels. This large screen will be used for convenient viewing of Mobile TV, Internet pages, as well as maps of Google Maps. Retail price is about 40000 Japanese yen – equivalent to about $ 380, or 240 euros.
