Met the Sony Ericsson G700. Younger brother of G900, the last generation of dying UIQ phones. Rusian site Mobiset has post a long and detailed review of G700, completed with some images. We can say tha G700 is simplified version og G900. But surely there are some advantages compared to elder brother.
As Mobiset says in the conclusion, The junior member of Sony Ericsson’s Gseries isn’t as plain, as you may think at first sight. The device does lack Wi-Fi, camera autofocus, but the other functions are as good implemented as in the G900. As to the main feature concerning the control ergonomics, the keypad of the G700 does can compete with the common A100-based phones of the company.
As mentioned here, Sony Ericsson add one new default theme in the new firmware. As you can see the screenshots, this is really cool new default theme.
This theme also compatible with other UIQ phones like P1i, P990i, W960i, W950i, and M600i

Remember that for playing flash apps/games on P990/W950/W960/P1/M600 swmail´s its necessary to have swmail´s flash pluggin installed, and G900/G700 owners need to have organizer firmware R6J825 installed.
