Did you find trouble viewing your on iPhone? Or maybe you receive? If you encounter these problems after you set up an account on your iPhone navigate to Setting> Mail, Contacts, Calendars > Preview and make sure that the Preview setting is not set to none. Change it if it was set to none by choosing the number of line you want, after that back to your email and make sure you see message body previews.

If mail preview don’t appear or you still see blank messages then restart Mail by following this instruction:

* Exit the mail app
* Double-click the Home button to view recently used apps.
* Select the Mail app by tapping and holding the Mail icon until the red minus appears.
* Tap the red minus to quit Mail. This removes Mail from recently used apps.
* Double-click the Home button to return to the Home screen.
* Reopen Mail.
* Restart the device (If you are using an iPhone 3G or iPod touch 2nd generation).

Recent smartphone has supports multiple accounts such as social networking account (Facebook), Gmail and Exchange Activesync. Same thing is happened to Motorola Droid X. However, there is an obstacle if we don’t know how to add or removes the account from our phone.

Here they are the directions about how to add and remove the account on your Motorola Droid X.

Adding an account:

1.       Open Settings, the tap on the Accounts & sync selection (figure 1)

2.       Tap on Add account

3.       Select the type of account to add (Microsoft Exchange, Facebook and Google are available by default) (figure 2)

4.       Follow the on-screen instructions to configure your account (depending on account type, you will be asked to select what kind of data to sync to your device)

5.       When complete, the account is added to the list in the Accounts & sync section and data will begin synchronizing to your device
