The HTC HD2 is now available in the United States market. This phone has great potential, but how does the HTC HD2 stand up against the Motorola Droid? Well we have a video smack-down of the HTC HD2 on T-Mobile that goes up against the Motorola Droid, one of the most popular Android smartphone.

The guys over at wirefly provide this video and lasts almost fifteen and a half minutes of HTC HD2 verses Motorola Droid goodness.

The video starts off giving the pricing on the Motorola Droid but says the price of the HTC HD2 is so low they can’t give it, and follow with the usual operating system fair such as the HTC HD2 running Windows Mobile 6.5 with Sense UI on top and the Motorola Droid running vanilla Android with standard Google Experience.

According to Peter Chou, the HTC CEO, HTC may release their Windows Phone 7 lineup by the end of 2010. So, after this the speculation may end that saying HTC will wait Microsoft’s permit for custom UIs.

As many of us know there is a rule from Microsoft regarding their new Windows Phone 7 operating system states that home-brewed UI are not permitted. So, there is no manufacture will have right for customizing this Windows Phone 7 before Microsoft finishes to deliver uniform UI for various devices.

So, it is confirmed now by HTC CEO, Peter Chou in CTIA 2010. HTC will make their Windows Phone 7 and the device will hit the market before the end of 2010. The device’s name seems to be HTC Obsession, that previously had been leaked about 2 months ago.

Xperia X10, the first Android from Sony Ericsson seems still need some touches. It needs new software update soon to make it better. However, Xperia X10 is one of the bright device to date, smart and powerful.

It offers 1GHz processor and cool 4” capacitive display plus 8Mpx autofocus snapper. More users are offered with excellent connectivity capabilities and it covers the whole popular social networks from wherever your phone menu.

Further more, its both UIs called Mediascape and Timescape do their good works. However the phone still needs some touches, one of it is Android 1.6 OS that now need to update. This is a need especially for such a high end phone like Xperia X10.
