Google Nexus One is Available in US and UK
Finally the rumors get the truth. Google had presented their phone, Nexus One at Android press event.
I think you have known some specs of this phone including Teflon coated body,1GHz Snapdragon CPU, accelerometer, 5Mpx camera with LED flash,a multicolored status alerting trackball, GPS, digital compass, proximily and light sensor, a 3.7-inch AMOLED capacitive touchscreen. Other than it, this phone touts 802.11n Wi-Fi support. Nexus One will run on Android 2.1.
This phone is the first phone sold by Google. It brings HTC branding like sample. The customer dont have to go to store to get this phone. They only need Google as well as Google Checkout account to buy the phone and activate the phone. You may order the custom text that will be engraved to the back of the phone.
Now the SIM-free and unlocked version is available with price tag of $529. People can get it in UK, HongKong, US and Singapore. In US people can buy it for $179 thru T-Mobile plan. As for Verison Wireless and Vodafone, they will offer the phone in Spring 2010.
