The Halted Sales of Sony Ericsson Satio

While previously Sony Ericsson had pulled the Satio in two major retailers in United Kingdom because of the software glitch, now some other problem has been arisen. A few days later, the Satio sales were halted. This decision is made after the customer complaints regarding the handset’s touchscreen. The complaint is keep growing so far.

This touchscreen complaint looks like the effect of the previous software glitch. In order to minimize the bad effect of this evidence, Sony Ericsson had said that they would work as soon as possible for solving the problem.

Looking at the other phone of Sony Ericsson, Aino had got a little effect of this Satio’s problem. Aino had been sold in limited numbers in United Kingdom. Fortunately the issue had only affected a very small number of users. The company had promised to give the Aino customers the future software fix.
