There is another Android phone from Acer namely Acer Liquid. Is this the balanced Adroid mix they promise?
Running on Android 1.6 Donut on Snapdragon CPU (768MHz) this phone sports 5Mpx camera and WVGA touchscreen. Looking at the hardware it may be similar to Acer neoTouch.

Like Apple, Acer will focus on a handful of handset and make them as good as they can. Acer has a target to get the 6 – 7 % of smartphone market share within 3 – 5 yr. This decision based on the falling price of smartphone that will increase its selling number. It is predicted Acer will reach 1 million phones sold the next year.

While previously Sony Ericsson had pulled the Satio in two major retailers in United Kingdom because of the software glitch, now some other problem has been arisen. A few days later, the Satio sales were halted. This decision is made after the customer complaints regarding the handset’s touchscreen. The complaint is keep growing so far.
