According to Reuters, Ericsson chairman says that Sony Ericsson still their vital part as telecom manufacture. Further more, the Ericsson’s chairman says that the company will bring Sony Ericsson to the gold era that last reached in 2007 with good profitability. Ericsson still continue to be in joint venture with Sony Japan and they will work to reach the profitability again in future.

Sony Ericsson application store in PlayNow arena now is ready to use in 17 countries include Denmark, Finland, Czech Republic, Ireland, Italy, Hungary, Netherlands, Norway, Poland, Italy, Spain, Austria, Belgium, Switzerland, UK, Sweden and so on. The other countries will follow. Not much apps are available there, but this is still a good starting considering Palm’s App Catalog app store, that also starts with a few apps but it reaches 1 million downloads just in three weeks. Among those 15 apps in Play Now arena, only 2 of them are free to download. Besides App section, Play Now Arena has the others like Games, Movies, Themes, Wallpapers, Ringtones and so sections.
