Sony Ericsson Theme Creator software has reached its latest version, v4.05. This version is the first one in V4 comes with Mac support. This newest v4.05 brings the new features such as 3 steps of wizards, Adobe Kuler file import as well as new editing modes.

The good news for the company. Son Eric has successfully reached the strong sales of their device namely Sony Ericsson W995. This strong sales is gained in the first month of the releasing. Sony Ericsson had given this device a strong marketing too that eats around £5m of cost.

So the company has counted the software problem on the previous W905 and also the underperformance Xperia X1. The second half of 2009 seems to be better for the company with the existence of Rachael, the Google Android Xperia phone. Rachael offers the highest resolution display among the mobile phones, 8 Mpx camera and 3G, Wifi, GPS, HSDPA plus its 4 inch large display. (more…)

Sony Ericsson financial report has been unveiled. The Q2 2009 report of the company has been known. As expected, this second quarter is challenging for the company. It shows the over half shipping (this Q2 2009 is 13.8 million and the Q2 2008 is 24.4 million) compared with last year. Compared with Q1 2009, this result is down with 14.5 in Q1 2009 report.

Previously, we have known about Xperia X2, the WinMo based smartphone from Sony Ericsson. This smartphone publicity seems to be in unproper time. This is because Samsung in less than 24 hours before Xperia X2 announcement has been also launched their new phones namely Omnia Pro and Omnia II. Those new phones of Samsung leave Xperia X2 in the back because they have the better specification than what Son Eric will offer.
