Sony ericsson C905 just got update with new firmware.This is a big firmware update, and Sony Ericsson call it the “C905 Cyber-shot upgrade”
Here what will you get with the new firmware:
- Smile Shutter
- YouTube video client
- WayFinder 8
- Built-in Snapfish service by HP
- SMS/MMS conversation style (chat view)
Other than that, there’ll be the usual bug fixing, etc. New upgrade will be available in all new C905 phones from mid-February 2009. Other users of C905 phone can easily upgrade firmware by SEUS. More information you can find on the official site.

lol i live in poland i did update my c905 (even if it said that its up to date) and there is no such thing as smile-shutter and neither of other ones does that mean that each region gets its own updates ??

So, the firm is out in the US, when are they gonna release it for central Europe? Anybody know?

I just downloaded the update via my phone but only change I can see is the smile shutter didnt seem to get anything else
Mine came with smile shutter and R1DA032 firmware. Hopefully its an updated phone so I dont have slider issues?
where can i get the download to download the firmware for the c905 with the new chat version and smile shutter please help me os i have search it for ages now
i updated my phone a week ago to r1fa035 i got the smile shutter but i still dont have the youtube client and the update for the wayfinder 7
