Mobile Advertising that Consists Children or Pregnant is prohibited in India

kid with cell phoneHandset with all its positive sides and negative sides has brought changes in the society’s life. Today, the existence of an increasingly concern about effects of handset has made some government such as in Japan has ‘limited’ the use of handset. And now, Indian government has made a relatively same step with the Japanese government.

Since there are so many cellphone users in India which accounted 250 millions in numbers - children are included inside - India government has drafted guidelines asking vendors (Nokia, Samsung, Motorola, and Sony Ericcson to name a few) to avoid cellphone or mobile service advertisement that showing children and pregnant using cellphone.
