Although there were some rumors from non official sources, that Sony Ericsson has stopped production of the long awaited successor to M600 – Sony Ericsson M61o, but it has showed up once again and again. The handset itself was approved by FCC a few months ago and several pictures of it were made public, but there is no official release date announced yet. Still, a prototype of the phone appeared on the eBay Germany website, on sale for the starting price of 1,000 Euro or $1,440. After some photos around the websphere, now you can watch video review of Sony Ericsson M610.

T28 was may first phone from Ericsson.  I love the phone and sometime miss it, thought the phone have some problems. Now Sony Ericsson has sought to revive it with the introduction of its new W350 music phone. The W350 makes good use of the flip by placing a number of large, dedicated music keys on the outside of the phone where they can always be easily accessed.

But even though the flip design might harken back to days long gone, the phone still has very modern proportions. A 10mm thick, nobody will confuse the new W350 for a phone from 1995, that’s for certain. On the inside, the W350 also has some new tech, such as Bluetooth stereo support, a TrackID function to identify music heard on a car stereo, and a Memory Stick Micro card slot – with a 512MB card included in the retail package.

Sony Ericsson W760 is one of 3 new handsets announced at CES, in Las Vegas 7-1-08.  The W760 is meant to provide a lot of functionality when it comes to multimedia and games, for sure, but also sports tri-band HSDPA 3G data. This means that it will work on AT&T’s 850/1900MHz UMTS network as well as on the 2100MHz networks found in other parts of the world. If users happen to find themselves without 3G coverage, the W760′s quad-band GSM/EDGE support will make sure that they are not cut off.

Some of the more interesting features on the W760 include a built-in GPS with both Wayfinder and Google Maps support, stereo speakers, and what Sony Ericsson is calling “Motion Sensing Gaming”, a feature that lets games be controlled by moving the phone, rather than relying solely on d-pads and softkeys. Games on the W760 can be played in both portrait and landscape modes, and the multimedia functions of the phone also work in both modes. All it takes is a quick turn of the phone to switch from one view to the other.
